Master the Overhead

The most important part of padel is controlling the net position. As part of this series you will learn how to do this by developing the variety of overheads that control the net position. These are the bandeja, vibora, gancho, rulo, flat smash, x3 smash, x4 smash and bajada. Each week, we will work on a new new overhead from this list, learn how and when to play it as well as the tactical reasoning behind each shot.
