**Intro to Padel** New to padel? This one-hour introductory session is the perfect place to start! Our coach will take you through the basics of the game, including the rules, scoring, court positioning and essential shots. By the end of the hour, you'll understand how padel works and have the confidence to get on court and start playing. No previous padel experience needed – just turn up and get ready to play!
