Led by a coach, this session will cover how and when to let the ball rebound off the back and side glass, defensive positioning, reading the ball, and turning difficult defensive situations into opportunities to regain control of the point. You'll work through practical drills and game-based situations to help you stay composed under pressure, defend more effectively and build your way back into the point.
