Led by a coach, this session will cover volley technique, correct net positioning, movement as a pair, shot selection and how to apply pressure without over-attacking. You'll work through practical drills and game-based situations to help you control your volleys, cover the court effectively and recognise when to move forward, hold your position or reset the point. Perfect for players who understand the basics of padel and want to become more confident, consistent and dangerous at the net.
