Mastering the Smash (Vibora & Bandeja)

Mastering the víbora and the bandeja allows you to keep your attacking position at the net instead of retreating to defense. Allow LTA2 coach Steve to take you through mastery of the overheads. Padel is all about court positioning, understanding when to use the 2 different types of overhead and level up your game play. Coaching sessions are all built around gameplay.
