Soul Timers Coaching

A dedicated 1-hour coaching session exclusively for Soul Timers (Over 50's) players, running every Wednesday from 9 to 10am ahead of the Soul Timers social session. Led by Head Coach Craig McBride, this session is designed to help you develop your game in a fun, relaxed environment alongside fellow Soul Timers. Each week focuses on a key area of your padel, from technique and movement to tactics and match play, so you can take what you learn straight into your social session afterwards.
