Beginner Clinic

Our Monday Night Beginner Adult Clinic is the perfect entry point into padel. Designed for new players and early beginners, this 1 hour session focuses on learning the fundamentals of the game in a relaxed, social environment. You’ll be guided through: • The rules of padel and basic match play structure • Fundamental technique for all key shots (groundstrokes, volleys, serve, return, and basics of the glass) • Positioning, movement, and padel-specific concepts to help you play with confidence Sessions are coached in small groups of 4 players ensuring plenty of hitting time and individual feedback. Whether you’re completely new or looking to build solid foundations, this clinic is the ideal way to start your padel journey at The Court.
