Hi, I’m Duarte Castro Santos. I’m originally from Portugal and have been playing padel since I was 14 years old. I used to compete regularly back in Portugal and trained at some of the top academies in the south of the country, as well as in Spain, including the José Solano Academy. I have six years of playing experience and two years of coaching experience. I hold an Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) coaching certificate and I’m currently in the process of completing my coaching qualification with the Portuguese Padel Federation. I’m currently based in Glasgow, where I’m studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Glasgow
